No voy a enumerar todo. Pero lo que puedo decir es que no volvería jamás a este supuesto resort de 5 estrellas. Una perdida de diNero sin duda. Trato, comida, piscina cerrada 2 días enteros, sin aire acondicionado, nada de lo que pone en las cartas de bebidas y comidas no había de nada, sin animación , suciedad, etc etc

Version Esañol e Ingles / See Spanish and English version He estado 3 días (8-11 de agosto) y la experiencia ha sido mala, en resumen te quitan la ilusión de las vacaciones. Paso a comentar mi experiencia siendo objetivo: 1) Toallas de playa, tres horas esperando en la puerta para conseguir una, solo las pude cambiar una vez. 2) Bebidas: Cerveza mala, cocacola (tropicola sin gas), mojito malo, solo está buena la limonada. 3) Camareros: Sin motivación, no te atienden, a mi me llegaron a tardar 30 minutos en pedir y otros 30 minutos en llegar la bebida. 4) Restaurante: La comida no es mala, solo comible. El problema vuelve a ser el mismo "el personal", terminas de comer o de desayunar y no te han puesto el agua o el café. 5) Finalmente cuando me marchaba solicité el transporte de maletas, estuve esperando 30 minutos y finalmente las tuve que transportar yo. A todo dicen si pero no lo hacen. 6) Instalaciones: Baños viejos, piscina sucia y falta de filtrado. El resumen, el principal problema que tienen es la falta de motivación del personal, y esto se traslada al cliente. Finalmente hice una hoja de reclamaciones formal y me atendió el director de Calidad, son conscientes del problema y solo lo lamentan pero no toman medidas para solucionarlo. Cuando decidí volver a Varadero, pregunté a la agencia que me dijera cual era el mejor hotel y me recomendó éste, en mi anterior viaje año 2000, año de crisis especial en Cuba, sufrí la carencia entendida por el periodo en el que se encontraba el país, se trataba de un hotel de 4 *, pues esta vez me equivoqué y ha estado peor que la primera vez. Solo pretendo informar, el que quiera cobrar mas porque se considera el mejor, debe demostrarlo y no lamentarlo, nos jugamos nuestras vacaciones.
